Delivery & Order Approval

Everything you need to know about how your order is processed, approved and delivered.

How the Order Process Works

1. Add your items to your cart and place your order.
2. Your order is placed on hold — no payment is taken yet.
3. We manually check your order for stock availability and accuracy.
4. We calculate and add the delivery cost based on your location and order size.
5. You receive an updated invoice with the final total via WhatsApp or email.
6. Once you confirm, you pay via the secure payment link provided.
7. Your order is packed and dispatched.

Allow up to 2–4 working hours for order approval.

Delivery Options

• Courier Delivery: Door-to-door nationwide. Approximately R80 – R250+ depending on size and distance.
• PUDO Locker Collection: Collect from a secure PUDO locker near you. Collection PIN sent via SMS or email.
• Own Courier / Uber Collect: Allow 4 working hours to 1 working day for your order to be ready.
• WhatsApp Orders: Contact us on 082 562 5042 to order directly.

Orders processed Monday to Friday. Saturdays and public holidays are not standard processing days.

Collection (Johannesburg)

Allow 4 working hours to 1 working day for your order to be prepared. We will notify you via WhatsApp when ready.

Returns & Exchanges

• No returns on edible or perishable products once dispatched.
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours with photos via WhatsApp 082 562 5042 or info@cupcakecorner.co.za.
• Non-perishable items exchangeable within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.
• Return courier costs are for the customer’s account unless the error was ours.

Payment

Payment is only requested after your order has been approved and the final invoice sent. We accept EFT, card and other secure online payments.
