Delivery & Returns Information
Getting your baking supplies has never been easier
You may arrange your own pickup or choose the option of courier services. Dispatch will be done by "The Courier Guy/ Pudo" on weekdays from 8am-4:30pm.
Items will only be dispatched once payment is reflected and cleared in our account.
We add delivery fees manually. This means that your order cannot be paid immediately after placing. Do not pay until you have received an updated invoice with delivery charges.
Pickup Conditions
Our pickup time is strictly 10am – 4pm Mondays , Weekdays . Pickup orders are advised to be placed a day before. We do not accept Same day ordering and Picking up , we can only accommodate this if there’s chance for us to do so but not guaranteed , this is solely at our discretion
We will not be held liable for secured packaging of Pickup items as this is solely packed for pickup. Customer is responsible for this . Also , once a parcel is handed over securely during pickup ,we are no longer liable or responsible for the safety of such package . Our responsibility ends once handed over to the pickup contact.
Returns & Refunds Policy – Cupcake Corner (Online Store)
Cupcake Corner is an online-only store supplying baking ingredients and packaging intended for food use. Due to hygiene, food safety regulations, and the nature of our products, this policy applies to all orders and is aligned with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
Baking Ingredients (Food Products)
All baking ingredients are classified as consumable goods.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once products have been delivered.

This includes all edible items such as flour, sugar, baking mixes, chocolate, icing, and decorations.
Exceptions (CPA compliant only):
We will replace or refund items if:

The product is defective, spoiled, or unsafe

The product was expired at the time of delivery
All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with proof of purchase and supporting evidence.
Packaging & Baking Supplies (Strict No Returns Policy)
Includes cake boards, cake boxes, containers, and all related packaging.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on any packaging or baking supply items once delivered.

The inability to verify storage, handling, or environmental exposure after delivery

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

No returns, refunds, or exchanges apply to any custom-made, personalised, or specially sourced items

This includes bulk orders, branded packaging, and items produced to customer specifications
Change of Mind (Online Orders)

No returns are accepted for change of mind on any products sold by Cupcake Corner
Food Safety & Hygiene Notice
All products sold by Cupcake Corner are intended for use in food preparation or packaging. Once delivered, we cannot verify how items have been stored or handled. For this reason, we enforce a strict no-returns policy on all non-defective goods to protect food safety standards.
