Delivery & Returns Information

Getting your baking supplies has never been easier

You may arrange your own pickup or choose the option of courier services. Dispatch will be done by "The Courier Guy/ Pudo" on weekdays from 8am-4:30pm.
Items will only be dispatched once payment is reflected and cleared in our account.

We add delivery fees manually. This means that your order cannot be paid immediately after placing. Do not pay until you have received an updated invoice with delivery charges.

Pickup Conditions 

Our pickup time is strictly 10am – 4pm Mondays , Weekdays . Pickup orders are advised to be placed a day before. We do not accept Same day ordering and Picking up , we can only accommodate this if there’s chance for us to do so but not guaranteed , this is solely at our discretion

We will not be held liable for secured packaging of Pickup items as this is solely packed for pickup. Customer is responsible for this . Also , once a parcel is handed over securely during pickup  ,we are no longer liable or responsible for the safety of such package  . Our responsibility ends once handed over to the pickup contact.

Working Day Return Policy
Complaints on any item should be communicated within 24hrs of receiving a package, any complaints made after this time will be counted as invalid .

All items should be unused, in the same condition as received and returned in the original packaging. We’ll refund the item/s in the same way you paid , and won't be responsible for delivery fees for it to be sent back (in a case where we aren’t responsible which is excluding any courier related issues stated above in the shipping policy). 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be made to you through your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. No refunds nor exchange on sales items.
